There are a number of different ways to go about selling a condo in downtown Chicago. The condo’s location and unique features are some of the things that could really impact the pricing.

One of the most important things to remember when selling a condo is to stage it, declutter it, and make sure it’s clean as a whistle. Putting it in the best light possible will help ensure you get top dollar when it comes time to sell. Try and differentiate your unit from the other ones like it through staging.

"The result was a positive one, we sold the house. He came on time the first time that we setup an appointment. He was very professional, he wasn’t pushing us, he gave us what I felt was an honest assessment. And what was really nice about working with him, he recognized that we had a different opinion initially, we thought the house would sell for more than what it would really sell for, and it was hard. He could recognize that our assessment was not necessary in line with his assessment. But even though he saw that we were kind of frustrated about the reality sinking in, he was always really patient. We had a tenet who was evicted and we were out of the state by that point, Vergis was very helpful. He went to the property when we couldn't.
